James and Thomas Canavan, two of the three trustees under the will of Anthony Canavan, deceased (who were also residuary beneficiaries under said will), filed a bill in equity against William W. Parish, Jr., the third trustee, and against the other residuary beneficiaries, seeking a construction of the will, a determination whether Parish was still trustee, and the direction of the court in the execution of the trust.
