[1] At the outset in this case we are confronted with a motion filed by the appellants to strike from the transcript in this cause the findings of fact and conclusions of law, for the reason, as alleged, that no findings of fact nor conclusions of law were reguested of the trial court, in fact, or by any manner that appears of record, and that said document has no place in the transcript of these proceedings, and that said findings of fact and conclusions of law do not fairly represent the facts adduced.
