Presently pending before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Statutory *229Bad Faith and UTPCPL Claims Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) (Doc. 65) of Defendant Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company. For the reasons fully articulated herein, we will deny the Motion in its entirety.
