ORDER

John Freeman brought this § 1983 suit against Robert Guy, the White County prosecutor, and the City of Monticello, Indiana (the “City”), alleging that they conspired to violate his constitutional rights by engaging in a “reckless prosecutorial campaign” against him. Both defendants moved to dismiss Freeman’s suit pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). The district court granted the defendants’ motions and dismissed the case. Freeman appeals. We affirm.
