This is an action originally brought in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and subsequently removed to this Court by Defendant pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441 wherein Plaintiff seeks recovery of its share of the value of gas produced and delivered to Defendant by the operator of a gas well in Coal County, Oklahoma, in which Plaintiff is a participating mineral owner under a pooling order of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
