OPINION
THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Chief Judge.
Before the court is a motion filed by Norman Levin (“Levin”) requesting that we impose sanctions upon debtor and counsel for debtor under B.R. 9011 for improperly filing this chapter 11 petition. This chapter 11 case was dismissed with debt- or's consent but we retained jurisdiction to resolve the motion for sanctions, which was filed by Levin simultaneously with his motion to dismiss.
