This is a civil action filed by the Plaintiff, Shirley'McBrayer Flood, as personal representative of the estate of David Daniel McBrayer, Who is deceased. (Doc. 23). The allegations in the First Amended Complaint arise out of the fatal shooting of McBrayer by Officer Dale Murphy Edwards, a police -officer with the City of Jacksonville, Alabama’s police department.
