Pilch v. Milikin

In June of 1946 plaintiff and defendant became partners in the operation of a meat packing plant in the city of Vernon. At the time of the events hereinafter related, each partner had an equal interest in the business. Disagreements developed in the early part of 1957, and during the next three or four months there were discussions respecting a severance of the partnership relation.
