An action for malicious prosecution. The complaint, which is voluminous, in substance alleges that the defendants Haggerty and Haggerty are husband and wife, and the defendant Swanson is their daughter; that the plaintiff, an unmarried woman,. is a teacher in the public schools at South Bend, in Pacific county; that, in pursuance of a conspiracy between the defendants to defame the reputation and good name of the plaintiff, the defendant Swanson, on April 14, 1911, made and filed an affidavit and complaint for a search warrant with a justice of the peace, so as to cause the plaintiff to be…
