OPINION

KENNEDY, Judge.

{1} Defendant SPOverlook, LLC, (SPO) appeals an award of attorney fees to Plaintiff Sonida, LLC (Sonida), whom the district court found to be the prevailing party in a “dispute arising out of or relating to a lien action” under NMSA 1978, Section 48-2-14 (2007). The award of attorney fees was made following a jury trial that awarded money to both parties following a dispute over construction of a house.
