Cardinal Industries, Inc. and Green Machine Corporation (collectively Cardinal) appeal from the decision of the United States District Court for the Central District of California granting Chiuminatta Concrete Concepts, Inc., Edward Chiuminatta, and Alan Chiuminatta’s (collectively Chiuminat-ta’s) motion for partial summary judgment of infringement of two of Chiuminatta’s patents.
