—In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendant Jacalyn Barnett appeals (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Carter, J.), dated September 27, 2000, as denied her motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her, and (2), as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated January 17, 2001, as denied her motion, denominated as one for leave to renew, which was, in effect, for reargument.
