Padrón Warehouse Corporation (“PWC”) initiated the instant suit against defendants Cecilio Padrón and The Realty Associates Fund III (“Realty”) for the return of what was formerly PWC’s sole asset — a 207,000 square-foot warehouse and real property located at 5501 N.W. 72nd Street, Miami, Florida (“the warehouse”).
