Santiago Rodriguez filed a claim for compensation under the provisions of the Workmen’s Occupational Diseases act. He claimed he was suffering from an occupational disease caused by inhaling dust during the course of his employment with the Carnegie-Illinois Steel Company, plaintiff in error.
