ORDER AUTHORIZING DEPOSITION TO PERPETUATE TESTIMONY

The petitioners, Blow Wind Shipping Ltd. and Lemissoler Shipmanagement, Ltd., ask this court to issue an order under Fed. R.Civ.P. 27 authorizing them to take the deposition of Vadym Fokin in order to perpetuate his testimony for possible use in future criminal, administrative, or civil proceedings that the government may assert against either or both of them.
