The court took this zoning appeal on the record except for evidence adduced on the issue of aggrievement. The plaintiff, Radco, Inc., is the present owner of two parcels of land in the town of Berlin, the subject of the instant controversy. One parcel, known as 747 Farmington Avenue, has a 50-foot frontage on Farmington Avenue. A contiguous piece is known as 462 New Britain Road and has a frontage of 250 feet on that road.
