This was a suit to recover the possession of three lots, in Cambridge city. Answer in two paragraphs: 1. General denial. 2. That the defendants are railroad corporations, organized under the general law of this State, and as such have built their respective roads; that it was necessary to build a passenger depot at the intersection of their roads; that they built such a depot on said lots, and now use the same therefor, said-lots being no' more than is necessary for that purpose, and for the track of one of the defendants, the Cincinnati and Indianapolis Junction R.
