Plaintiffs bring this action to recover attorneys’ fees incurred in administrative proceedings conducted pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq. Complaint (“Complaint”) (Docum'ent No. 1).
