Plaintiffs, Dale Young and minor child C.Y., brought this action against Defendant, the District of Columbia, to recover a total of $25,537.72 in attorneys’ fees and costs incurred during the course of administrative proceedings pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq.
