This is an indictment charging the defendant, Domenic J. Milazzo, with assault with a dangerous weapon in violation of G. L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) §11-5-2. The defendant was tried before a jury in the Superior Court and he was found guilty. The trial justice sentenced the defendant to a term of 1 year, sentence suspended, and imposed probation for a term of 3 years. The defendant is here on appeal from the judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court on April 11, 1975.
