Craig Ottinger (the father) appeals a judgment of the circuit court of Kane County which required him to pay $6,507.40 to the former attorney of Cheryl Heiden (the mother) in a paternity suit. The mother’s former attorney, Robert Chapski, filed a cross-appeal contesting the court’s denial of his petition for fees, sanctions and costs under Supreme Court Rule 137 (134 Ill. 2d R. 137).
