Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 29, 1977, convicting him of murder under former subdivision 2 of section 125.25 of the Penal Law (causing death "under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life”), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Defendant was accused of having murdered his former wife. The evidence established that defendant resided in a large house with his wife, his former wife, their children and several other adults.
