This court is called upon to construe the following bequest or devise contained in the will of John Pancake, Sr., which was executed the 14th day of September, 1834:

“I give and bequeath unto my youngest children Jane and Harvey two-thirds of all my lands in the bottom, that is to say, the home place, the Mounts place, the Switzer place and the Hultz place; two-thirds of all of which for thefh to be laid off of the upper side adjoining John Foster and Joseph Foster so that the two-thirds of all shall be in one *116body; also two-thirds of the Bowyer farm adjoining'Joseph Foster’s land, all of…
