PONDER, Justice.

In this suit plaintiff sought partition by licitation of a certain tract of land described as follows, viz.: “EV2 of Block 14 N, less a lot described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said Block, running West along the line between Hays property and the W. J. Colbert lands a distance of 135 feet, thence North 135 feet to the point of beginning, said lot fronting on GibslandAthens Highway” located in the Town of Gibsland in Bienville Parish.
