Introduction

Appellant Pick-N-Pull Auto Dismantles, A California Partnership (Pick-N-Pull), appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion for summary judgment and granting Appellee Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Fort Worth’s (the Board) motion for summary judgment. 1 We mil affirm.
