This is an appeal from the trial court’s affirmance of the finding of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Socorro, Texas, (“ZBA”) denying Appellant’s request to declare property owned by Appellant as legal non-conforming. After receiving a Notice of Violation from the City of Socorro, Texas (“Socorro”), Appellant completed the. administrative appellate process which culminated with a hearing before the ZBA which denied Appellant’s request that his property be declared legal non-conforming for zoning purposes.
