Plaintiff Jeanes Hospital brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1395oo(f)(l), which provides for judicial review of final administrative decisions concerning disputed claims for Medicare reimbursement. Plaintiff seeks declaratory relief and money allegedly due under the health-costs-reimbursement program of Title XIII of the Social Security Act (“Medicare”) 1 for a loss sustained on the sale of its assets.
