¶1 Steven M. Korslund, Virginia A. Miller, and John Acosta (plaintiffs) brought suit against DynCorp Tri-Cities Services, Inc., and Fluor Daniel Hanford, Inc. (DynCorp), arising from alleged retaliation and harassment by DynCorp management and employees in response to the plaintiffs’ reports of safety violations, mismanagement, and fraud at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
