In this accounting by the executors, the only contested issue is whether interests heretofore vested under the Trading With the Enemy Act (U. S. Code, tit. 50, Appendix, §§ 1 to 39) have been divested by Public Law 87-846 of October 22, 1962 (tit. II, § 205 thereof) (76 U. S. Stat. 1115) (U. S. Code, tit. 50, Appendix, § 41).
