MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiff MetLife Investors USA Insurance Company (“MetLife”) filed this inter-pleader action requesting that the Court determine the disposition of $975,000 that MetLife had received in payment for a now-rescinded annuity contract. Each of the named defendants, Daniel Zeidman as Trustee of the Esther Zeidman Trust (the “Zeidman Trust”) and Lavell S.
