NIX, Judge.

The petitioner herein filed an instrument herein on February 6, 1958, labeled as a “Petition for a Reduction of Sentence.” He sets forth in his petition that he is serving an unexpired term of 45 years in the state penitentiary as a result of a judgment and sentence of the District Court of Ponto-toc County. Said sentence being the result of a conviction of Larceny of Livestock, second and subsequent offense.
