Complainants, as owners of bonds secured by a trust deed on property located at the southeast corner of Wabash and Harrison streets, Chicago, filed their bill on behalf of themselves and other bondholders against the defendants, praying that a decree of foreclosure, entered in a suit brought by the trustee in the trust deed securing the bonds, be vacated and set aside on the ground that it had been entered by collusion between the parties for the reason that parties to the foreclosure suit did not represent adverse interests;…
