The complainants have appealed from a decree of the Chancery Court sustaining defendants’ demurrer to the original hill. The bill was filed May 18, 1962 in the name of the State on relation of the three members of the Board of Commissioners or Directors of the Tenth School District of Wilson County. The three realtors also sued as citizens and taxpayers of the school district and, by amendment to the bill, sued as taxpayers of Wilson County. The school district is also a complainant.
