Appeal from decree of circuit court of Rockingham county entered 15th June, 1882, in the cause of John P. Green, and W. P. Sadler against Abraham Click, David Click and others. The object of the suit was to set aside as fraudulent, a deed executed 1st March, 1881, by A. Click, to his son, David, conveying his farm of one hundred and eighty acres in said county, and all his personal property, in consideration of $9,000, whereof, the deed specified, $1,100 was paid in cash, and for the balance, bonds were given payable without interest, at intervals during the period between the years, 1882 and…

On the 18th day of January, 1866, Abram Click and Jonathan S. Speck, of the county of Rockingham, sold and conveyed a tract of land lying and being in the county of Augusta, described by metes and hounds, and containing four thousand acres, to John T. Green and W. F. Sadler, of Cumberland county, in the state of Pennsylvania, for the consideration of $3,120, mentioned in the deed.
