Plaintiff Promotion Network, Inc. (“Promotion Network”) brings this suit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332, and alleges breach of contract by defendant C. Da Silva (Vinhos) S.A.R.L. (“Da Silva”). Defendant is a Portuguese corporation which sells various wines throughout the United States and Canada to divers distributors.
