MEMORANDUM RULING

STAGG, District Judge.

The administrator of the estate of a Texas decedent, who qualified in Louisiana only for the purpose of administering a relatively small amount of property here, was sued under diversity jurisdiction on a claim by a woman whom the decedent is purported to have married fifty years before. She claimed that she is entitled to be recognized as owner of one-half of the community property acquired during the existence of their putative marriage.
