OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Billy M. Walker, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with the crime of Robbery With Firearms, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp.1973, § 801, in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-74-3816. The jury found the defendant guilty on February 12,1975, and he was thereafter sentenced to serve a term of one hundred (100) years in the custody of the State Department of Corrections.
