This is an action by plaintiff seller, a California corporation, to recover an alleged debt, owed by defendant, a Georgia corporation, as a result of certain purchases of goods on open account. The action is presently before the court on cross motions for partial summary judgment. These motions relate primarily to the sufficiency of defendant’s purported accord and satisfaction defense.
