This is a motion by the Attorney General pursuant to Rule 48(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 1 ****for leave to file a dismissal of the above indictment as to all defendants. The indictment was returned by a grand jury in March 1959, charging violations of sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act 2 in the production of ladies’ blouses in a four-state area, principally in New York and Pennsylvania.
