MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court is a “Joint Motion for Entry of an Order: (1) That the Chapter 7 Trustee Holds and is Empowered to Waive The Debtor’s Attorney-Client Privilege, and (2) To Compel Testimony From Attorney Walter J. Lupan” (the “Motion to Compel”), filed jointly by John A. Burdick, Jr., the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) of Denise J. Eddy (the “Debtor”), and her estate’s largest creditor, International Enterprises, Inc. (“IEI”).
