Introduction
Before the Court is a Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion to approve a litigation settlement. The Debtor objected to the motion and that opposition gave rise a second matter: the Trustee’s Motion in Limine to preclude certain testimony which the Debtor wished to offer in support of his objection. A combined hearing was held on March 2, 2010, as to both motions. At the hearing, the Court denied the Motion in Limine and allowed the proposed testimony.
