FARRIS, Circuit Judge:

The facts are set forth in our prior opinion in this matter. See Bell Helicopter v. United States, 833 F.2d 1375, 1376-77 (9th Cir.1987). On remand, the district court held that: (1) Bell’s, Sea Airmotive’s, and Gay Airways’ implied contractual indemnity and noncontractual indemnity claims are barred by the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act and (2) Sea Airmotive’s and Gay Airways’ express contractual indemnity claims are not similarly barred but have not been properly raised.
