McGEE, Judge.
Joe Louis Withers (defendant) was convicted of first degree murder of Terrell Walker (Walker) in a judgment entered 7 April 2005. The trial court sentenced defendant to life imprisonment without parole.
At trial, the State’s evidence tended to show the following. Ronald Hayes (Hayes) testified he was at defendant’s home with defendant, Timothy McCoy (McCoy), and Rashay Latonya Saunders Lockett (Lockett) on 19 March 2004.
