MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is presently before the Court on defendant Tucker Anthony’s motion to dismiss or stay these judicial proceedings pending arbitration. Plaintiff, Edward Reddy Henderson, Jr., in the multiple count complaint essentially alleges that his former employer wrongfully terminated his employment. Tucker Anthony argues that plaintiff’s claims fall within the ambit of an arbitration agreement signed by plaintiff at the commencement of his employment.
