McCAFFERY, J.:

¶ 1 In this matter, the Commonwealth is appealing from the trial court’s grant of suppression in the underlying criminal case which involves gun charges against Appellee, Douglas Curry. Specifically, the Commonwealth asks us to determine whether the trial court erred in granting Curry’s suppression motion based on its finding that parole agents did not have reasonable suspicion upon which to base their search of an apartment in which Curry was staying, which search resulted in the discovery of a firearm.
