¶ 1 Appellant Frank Moore (“Moore”) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his conviction of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 1 We affirm.

¶ 2 The pertinent facts of this case are as follows. On March 14, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., Michael Potteiger (“Potteiger”), a Dauphin County Probation Supervisor who supervised Moore’s Probation Officer, received a telephone call from a confidential informant.
