This appeal raises the question as to the right of priority of lien in the State of California for unpaid sales faxes due and owing.
Respondent corporation filed an action in Los Angeles County for the foreclosure of a mortgage on real property situated therein. The State of California was made a party defendant because of the fact that the state had a judgment for $74.32 against Axel Hansen, the owner and mortgagor of the property, subject to the foreclosure suit.
