THIS MATTER comes before the Court on four motions for summary judgment, all filed on December 6, 2011. (Doc. Nos. 106; 108; 109; 110). Plaintiff Olympus Managed Health Care, Inc. (“OMHC”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on its breach of contract claim. (Doc. No. 108) . Plaintiff Olympus Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
