This matter comes before the Court on the Objections by Debtors to certain Proofs of Claim filed by Cavalry SPV I, LLC (“Cavalry”), as assignee of Navy Federal Credit Union (“NFCU”), to which the Trustee filed responses. Cavalry did not file any responses disputing Debtors’ Objections. Debtors thereafter filed an Affidavit and Reply to the Trustee’s responses.
