Huff, Judge:

Appellant was indicted for distribution of crack cocaine and conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. The trial judge declared a mistrial on the distribution charge and appellant was convicted on the conspiracy count and sentenced to ten years imprisonment. We affirm.1

*486The only issue before us on appeal is whether the trial judge erred in failing to require the State to disclose the identity of a confidential informant.

On June 9, 1994 SLED Agent Ronnie Smith, along with a confidential informant, drove to 733 Clarinda Street in an operation aimed at the purchase of illegal drugs.…
